Welcome to the U of C Active Living Taekwondo program
Taekwondo is a martial art from Korea characterized by its powerful and dynamic kicks
We practice traditional Taekwondo for self-defence and as a way of living.
Improve self confidence
Improve stamina

Improve cardio
You will learn the five most powerful and effective kicks.
We use the traditional method of martial art teaching by concentration, repetition, and feedback until you master it.
This class is designed for beginners and intermediate students.
We guarantee you an awesome workout each session.
All classes taught by Master Carlos Davila P.Eng. 4th Dan Black Belt Kukkiwon.
Important Information for Participants:
Participants must not attend class if they are sick, or a member of their household is sick, even if symptoms resemble a mild cold. Symptoms to look for include: fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, headache, and a general feeling of being unwell.
