SUP Fitness

This is a smart, fun fitness program on a stand up paddle board designed to give you a great core workout. We'll meet at a local pond for an hour in the evening and work on strength, balance, endurance and injury prevention. You can choose to take individual sessions or register for the whole series. Prerequisite: none. Includes: instructor, all SUP gear.
