School of Hard Rocks

Have you plateaued in your climbing and can’t seem to make the jump into the higher grades? This 6-week indoor series is designed for intermediate and advanced climbers looking to develop movement skills and become a stronger climber. Each week will include 1.5 hours of strength training and 2 hours of technique coaching. Prerequisite: must be able to top-rope belay, some climbing experience. Includes: Instructor.
