We’re excited that you are considering studying, researching or collaborating with us.

Located in Canada’s energy capital and close to the majestic Rocky Mountains, the University of Calgary is a world-class university that inspires and supports discovery, creativity and innovation across all disciplines.

Recently a delegation from the University of Calgary went to Norway to meet with key stakeholders at top Norwegian universities and organizations, to raise the profile of the university and to strengthen research and academic collaborations with Norway.

Kathryn Bauer and Rebecca Stockton signed up for two very different study abroad programs in two very different countries, but both returned home cherishing the same things: the people they met and the joy of unexpected moments.

Many students choose to travel during their academic career — taking in sights, trying new food and exploring new nations. For business management student Alejandro Carrillo Teniente, entrance into the Mitacs Globalink Research Internships program
