(a) What country was this case from? What was the date and the name of the Rule?

(b) Search the web for the precedent setting cases of insanity: McNaughten Rule, Durham Rule, etc

(c) Post one interesting website for a famous insanity case, state the date, country law, and circumstances of the case.

(a) Discuss why the Andrea Yates case of filicide has elicited national outpourings of condemnation as well as sympathy?
(b) Discuss what happens in other countries when cases of filicide occur. Do you know what the sentence or outcome is?
