What do people need to know?
Make a list of all the skills required for both the implementation and the maintenance of the concept plan.  Relate each skill to the technologies which will be integrated into the eco-neighbourhood. Prioritize what they need to know, when.  Consider the time frames regarding installation of new technologies and the order in which they must be installed.  Certain systems, such as rainwater collection and reduction of water use, should be implemented before others, such as a gray water treatment system.  Create a long-term timeline which incorporates each of the proposed installation dates and their related training areas.  Are there some skill-building sessions which complement others?  Can they be combined?     Next Page
