Our facilities and amenities

The Kinetix Fitness & Wellness Centre is a 5,000-square-foot facility offering a panoramic workout view of the mountains and bustling northwest Calgary. It is located on the first floor of the Teaching Research and Wellness building on the Foothills Medical Centre site.

 

 

As part of your membership, Kinetix offers:

- Exclusive use of state-of-the-art cardio equipment, selectorized strength equipment, free weights, exercise studio and functional training space in a secured-entry environment
- Experienced, friendly staff, always on-site
- Complimentary use of day lockers and shower amenities 

 

 

- Discounted program fees of upto 50% off on all  
Kinetix Fitness Programs and Services
- Access to 'Members Only' classes
- Free underground parking in the TRW building between
5:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and between 6:00 p.m. and 8:45
p.m. for those early-bird or night-owl workouts.

 

  

For a small, additional fee, Kinetix also offers its members these exclusives:

- Private and semi-private personal training and nutritional
counceling services
- Personal fitness assessments
- Specialty classes on wellness-related topics, offered on
an on-demand basis
- Yoga, pilates, stretch and other fitness classes, offered on
an on-demand basis
- Towel service
