Roots of Resiliency is a seven-week program to improve your personal wellness and build your resilience. You'll have an opportunity to learn and practice new skills in goal setting, physical literacy, healthy eating, healthy thinking and problem solving, stress management, and spiritual and social connectedness.
Sessions are facilitated by professionals – including counsellors, health promotion practitioners and kinesiologists. At the beginning and end of the program, you'll have a one-on-one session with a counsellor to talk about goals and progress.
Attendance at weekly sessions is required.
