Why groups?

Group programs can seem daunting (hello, social anxiety), but working through common issues and shared concerns together has benefits such as:

  • Giving and receiving support
  • Tuning in to your own feelings
  • Building your wellness toolkit
  • Relating to others in healthy ways

Build your resilience while you're on a waitlist

Joining a group program is a proactive way to start building your wellness skills while you're waiting to see a counsellor or other professional.

We try to see new students as fast as possible, but during peak times in the semester, a waitlist for counselling can form. Why not learn new ways to address your concerns while you wait? View our programs below.
