Kelsey Berntson

Kelsey has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mount Royal University. Pursuing her passion for mental health, she worked as a Family Counsellor at Youth Community Support Program for three years, a long-term residential treatment program for teens with mental health difficulties. Kelsey is now the Program Assistant at the Campus Community Hub. Kelsey coordinates the peer support volunteer programs – Peer Listening and Peer Engaging. Email Kelsey about the Campus Community Hub or the Peer Support Programs.

Georgia Carstensen

Georgia is the Health Promotion Manager for Student Wellness Services. Georgia has a master's degree in International Public Health. She is passionate about promoting mental well-being and harm reduction in youth through best practices in policy development, program planning and evaluation. Outside of work, she enjoys trail running and skiing, and relaxing with family and friends. Email Georgia about wellness policy and program planning.

Megan MacKay

Megan is the Community Training Coordinator for Student Wellness Services. She has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a background in communications. Through her work with CommunityWise and Aspen Family and Community Network Society, she has developed a passion for capacity building and strengthening informal supports as a way of creating a more compassionate community at large. In her spare time, Megan loves listening to podcasts, running, photography and traveling. Email Megan about hosting workshops and training.

Russell Thomson

Russell is the Health Promotion Coordinator for Student Wellness Services. He's a passionate community member, ready to contribute and help shape health and wellness conversations on campus. He loves to stay active through walks, hikes, bike rides, zero-trace camping and team sports.
