The Well is a space promoting health and well-being on campus. Stop by to access services to support your wellness and help you flourish. The Well offers the following services: 


Student Support Advisors

Student Support Advisors run group programs, perform intake appointments for counselling services and make referrals to on- and off-campus services. See a Student Support Advisors if you have concerns about housing, finances, academics and mental health.

Peer Listeners

Peer listening is free, confidential and non-judgmental. Peer Listeners are available for you if you want to connect with other students, or are seeking support for personal and/or academic concerns. Drop in at the Well weekdays from 2 - 4 p.m. during the fall/winter term. We’re here and ready to listen.

Sexual Violence Support Advocate

The Sexual Violence Support Advocate (SVSA) can provide confidential support, advocacy and information regarding sexual violence to all members of the university community. Reach the SVSA by email at svsa@ucalgary.ca or phone at 403-220-2208.
