We're an on campus community space for students, faculty and staff. Find us next to the Subway in Yamnuska Hall.

Our volunteers

Our peer support volunteers are fellow students who can support you during your time here. Our volunteers host events, are trained in active listening and helping skills, and can suggest on- and off-campus support services.

Peer support is a caring relationship between people with common lived experience. Sometimes you want to talk to someone with similar experiences as you, rather than a clinical professional.

Weekly activities (returning in the fall/winter term)

Painting and Pizza, Tuesdays: 3:30 - 6:30

Drop-in for Painting and Pizza with our volunteers. We’ll have pizza, snacks and painting to help you re-fuel and de-stress after class.

Hang @ the Hub, Thursdays: 3:30 - 6:30

Drop by for our weekly Hang @ the Hub. Each week we have a different game, activity or craft to do, new friends to meet. View our events calendar for details. Get Level Up XP points for attending.

Board Game Café, Wednesdays: 3:30 - 6:30

Stop by on Wednesdays for coffee, tea and board games with the peer volunteers. Bring your friends, or come by yourself. Everyone is welcome.

Hub on Location

Hub on Location is a pop-up self care craft and activity booth run by volunteers. Find us in high-traffic areas on campus and de-stress between classes.
