What is resilience?
Resilience and mental health provide an essential foundation for effective learning and academic success.
Facilitator guide
Each Roots of Resiliency program timeline is prepared and administered by dedicated program coordinators and facilitators. The facilitator guide presents the seven sessions in the recommended order, however, the guide is laid out session by session, allowing facilitators to customize the program schedule if required.
The slide deck contains all PowerPoint slides for the Roots of Resiliency program. Facilitators are encouraged to customize the Schedule and Next Week slides to correspond with the order of the program they prefer.
