Learning Resource Center
The LRC is located under the stairs next to the Nursing Commons on the main floor of the Professional Faculties Building (PFA 1260). It is there to support your learning through the use of videotapes, models, and printed materials. If you are looking for a quiet place to study, the LRC has a few study carrels, each of which is equipped with a VCR, monitor, and hookups for headphones. The LRC is a good place to get to know as you will know doubt have to watch a few mandatory videos here!
The LRC also has 24 computer workstations for student use, which are fully loaded with Microsoft Office. If you do not have access to a computer at home the LRC is a great place to go. It is usually less busy than the library, generally closer to your classes, and you’ll probably run into a friend or two!
