CPR

The university hosts CPR certification and re-certification each year in September and October.  The course is put on by Fast-Aid, and the time spent in the course is less than if taken privately because the instructors direct the class towards nursing students.  You need to re-certify your CPR every year before it expires, and is a requirement to have completed in order to enter the clinical setting.  Your clinical instructors should ask to see your CPR cards during the first week of clinical.
