Abstract:
The Project Risk Modelling group at TransCanada
provides quantitative analysis that feeds the company’s strategic decision-making
process. Risk projects are diverse across fields of safety, finance, economics,
and engineering decision models as well as providing assessments on the risk of
development projects’ capital/operating budget forecasts. The presentation will
provide a demonstration of the range of risk modelling initiatives developed by
the group as well as methodology and tools.
