If you have met with the Student Ombuds or the Associate Student Ombuds and have a follow-up query related to the same issue, please email ombuds@ucalgary.ca.
Note: If you have previously met with the Student Ombuds or the Associate Student Ombuds and have a new issue you would like to discuss, please initiate the process by completing the intake form. Doing so helps us maintain accurate and confidential records of student concerns and emerging trends at the University of Calgary.
