Heather has been involved with the Leadership and Student Engagement Office since her first year of university. She was a participant in Camp LEAD, the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), and a Peer Helper for two years with ELP.

Vicky is the Coordinator, Leadership and Training Programs, and is involved with programs like the Emerging Leaders and Sophomore Leadership Programs, Leadership on Demand, and Camp LEAD.
Manager, Leadership and Student Engagement
Carllie is the Manager of the Leadership and Student Engagement office where she provides strategic vision and oversight of programs that contribute to four key aspects of the student experience, including: Leadership Development, Orientation, Transition and Involvement, Student Life, and Community Engagement.
Program Assistant, Student Engagement
Clare is the Program Assistant, Student Engagement and is involved with a variety of programs, including the Co-Curricular Record, Online Orientation, and Involvement Advising. A graduate of the University of Calgary with a degree in Psychology (BA Hons.), Clare is passionate about mental health, social justice, sustainability, student leadership development, and more.
Coordinator, Community Engagement
Lindsay has been with the Leadership and Student Engagement office since 2019 as the Coordinator, Community Engagement. She graduated from the University of Calgary with a BA in Development Studies in 2009. She has been a Project Leader for both the ‘Homelessness at Home’ and the ‘Culture and Community Development in Costa Rica’ ucalgarycares programs.
Kelly Kay is the Coordinator, Orientation and Student Involvement. She has been at the University of Calgary since 2014 and has worked in the Student Success Centre, Faculty of Arts, and Leadership and Student Engagement. Kelly Kay believes all students have a right to a safe and inclusive learning environment.
