PLEASE NOTE: Global Affairs Canada has postponed the launch of the 2021 Short-Term Exchange Programs competitions until mid-February. Final application deadlines will be announced at the time of the launch.

Candidates must complete the UCalgary online application form, and be prepared to submit all supporting documents by the UCalgary deadline of March 16, 2021, The University of Calgary will apply to the Government of Canada international scholarship on behalf of the candidate, when the call opens and deadlines are known.

If you require help filling out the application or have questions, please contact University of Calgary International (UCI) at intl.scholarships@ucalgary.ca, the University of Calgary representative authorized and responsible for submitting all applications and supporting documents on behalf of interested individuals.

Note: UCI sets an internal deadline for prospective applicants to submit all their documents, which will be earlier than the official date on the EduCanada website.

Candidates do not need to apply for admission to the University of Calgary before submitting a scholarship application; however, should a candidate be selected for a scholarship, it is your responsibility to apply for admission to the University of Calgary. Many candidates choose to apply for admission earlier, to ensure they have adequate time to process immigration documents.
