Each fair is designed to help employers connect with the right students, ensuring each has the best opportunity to make the right connections at our events. 

The virtual career fair will reach students from all faculties, providing a great opportunity to start promoting or actively recruit for permanent or internship/co-op positions.

The majority of students attending this event come from Schulich School of Engineering, Haskayne School of Business, the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Science.

Employer registration deadline: September 7, 2021

  1. Sponsorship package — $800 +GST (10 available)

    • Prominent display of company logo in the virtual lobby
    • Opportunity to have a pre-recorded webinar in the auditorium
    • Logo on student newsletter, website and social media
    • Customized virtual booths
      • Select from 10 templates to customize your booth 
      • Add a minimum of four company-specific images  
      • Add your corporate brand colours
    • Ability to add PDF marketing materials and YouTube or Vimeo videos
    • Promote job postings
    • Unlimited company representatives
  2. Regular registration — $500 +GST

    • Customized virtual booths

    Registered charities or non-profit organizations are eligible for a rate of $375 +GST.

Recruiting for your school's graduate or professional development programs? Attend the Grad School Fair on Oct. 13-14, 2021. This online fair will connect prospective students and school recruiters with engaging workshops and information sessions targeted towards related areas of study.

Employer registration deadline: October 1, 2021

Why attend?

  • Your program and/or school information will be provided before and after the event to allow prospective students to explore graduate school options
  • Participating schools and programs will be marketed through the event website, campus-wide social media, student newsletters, and events leading up to the fair
  • Each program will be assigned a dedicated Zoom breakout room to talk with students directly about your programs
  • Reach more students with one event! This fair will be open to students attending universities across Alberta

  • Law (9 am - 12 pm)
  • Arts (9 am - 12 pm)
  • Business (1 - 4 pm)

Day 2: Thursday, Oct 14

  • Science (9 am - 12 pm)
  • Health (9 am - 12 pm)
  • General (1 - 4 pm)

Our career fairs have gone virtual! Taking place in both the fall and winter terms, you can choose the date that best suits your recruiting cycle. The Virtual Career Fair draws students from all faculties, providing a great opportunity for you to promote and/or actively recruit for full-time positions, internship/co-op opportunities or summer student positions.

​Cancellation policy
Refunds can be issued for up to 10 business days from the date of registration less a $50 administrative fee. Registrations within 30 days of the event date are non-transferable and non-refundable.


Alcohol, tobacco and cannabis companies
If your company operates in the alcohol, cannabis, or tobacco industry we are unable to accept any form of sponsorship of student events. It is the company’s responsibility to ensure a corporate booth/display and any featured postings conform to the requirements of the relevant legislation.
