Landon is a MSc. Student supervised by Dr. Matt Jordan. He completed his BSc. (Honours) in Exercise Physiology at the University of Calgary in 2023, where his thesis focused on analyzing force-velocity profiling methods in elite athletes using loaded countermovement jumping. He has also previously conducted work in the SiMPly Rehab project as an undergraduate student with Dr. Kathryn Schneider, and is currently preparing publications from this multicentre, international study. His master's project is focused on developing neuromuscular performance benchmarks for return to sport decision making in adolescents who have torn their ACL and suffered traumatic knee injury. When not in the lab, Landon is a strength and conditioning coach with the Canadian Sport Institute Alberta and is also a varsity rower with the Dinos Rowing team and the Calgary Rowing Club.
