Haley Truscott headshot

Haley is a master's student co-supervised by Dr. Kathryn Schneider and Dr. Carolyn Emery. She completed her BSc in Kinesiology with distinction at the University of Calgary in 2022. Her master’s thesis focuses on examining concussion and musculoskeletal injury rates in high school tackle football players. She is also investigating adherence to a neuromuscular training (NMT) warm-up program aimed at injury prevention, with plans for future research on the program's efficacy for reducing concussion and musculoskeletal injury rates in this population. Outside of her academic work, Haley enjoys soccer, running, reading, and playing with her dog, Lizzie.
