International Visiting Student/Postdoc Program

The international visiting student/postdoc program will help students and postdocs foster new and diverse geographical and research perspectives, develop new skills, facilitate mentorship opportunities, and promote collaborations. IOC Research Centres willing to host a visiting student/postdoc will propose broad areas of research for engagement of a visiting student/postdoc. Training activities may include collaboration in a new project, peer-to-peer opportunities with fellow students and postdocs, research team and mentorship meetings, research skill training, and social and networking opportunities.

The visiting student/postdoc program is limited to students and postdocs who are supervised by a researcher at one of the 11 IOC Research Centres and must be hosted by a researcher at one of the IOC Research Centres, with a proposed visit duration of 4-6 weeks. Applications are limited to one student/postdoc per Primary Investigator.
