Reframing Menopause: How Science Can Help Women Thrive
This video explores how new research is reframing menopause as a vital stage of life rather than a decline. By uncovering the neuroendocrine mechanisms behind hot flashes, mood changes, and heart health, we show how the brain and body adapt during this transition, and how evidence-based lifestyle and exercise strategies can help women thrive. We also highlight the broader issue: women’s health research has historically been underfunded and underrepresented.
