  1. Considering applying to UCalgary?

    Visit us for a campus tour – get a feel for your campus by signing up for a tour. You’ll visit classrooms, residences, athletic facilities and receive answers to your most pressing questions.

    Your tour guide will be able to answer your questions throughout the tour, or plan to stay for an extra 30 minutes to participate in a group advising session with your peers.

  2. Already submitted an undergraduate application?

    Advising appointments – Schedule a time to connect with an admissions advisor in our new space on the second floor of the Hunter Student Commons (HnSC). Alternatively, you can choose to meet with us virtually.

    Appointment hours are:

    • Monday to Wednesday & Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m (MST)
    • Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (MST)

    We recommend booking an appointment if:

    • you have a varied or complex academic history,
    • you’d like to discuss the specifics of your admission decision, or
    • your application was not successful and you'd like to discuss next steps.

    In-person and virtual appointments can be booked online as they become available.

    We recommend a drop-in visit if:

    • you have multiple questions,
    • you prefer a face-to-face interaction,
    • you’d like to discuss your application status or,
    • you have questions about required documents.

Private meetings can be booked with the recruiter for your region either virtually, or in-person when we visit your city or school.
