Graduation Requirements

Students will not be allowed to graduate with any failed year 4 courses. The Associate Dean, Academic may consult with the Year IV Teacher’s Committee, the Practicum Rotation Co-ordinator, and the Continuation of Studies Committee regarding appropriate remediation requirements that must be fulfilled in order for the students to make up any deficiencies. These may include repeating one or more clinical rotations, an entire course or courses, or the entire year 4 (refer to Year IV Academic Program Policy).

Degrees "With Distinction"

The notation "With Distinction" will be inscribed on the permanent record and graduation parchment of all DVM students with no failures whose grade point average is 3.60 or better across all courses taken during the DVM program.
