Active Living

University of Calgary students are automatically members of Active Living, on-campus recreation.

Active Living aims to enrich student lives by providing inclusive wellness opportunities through numerous facilities, engaging programming, and well-rounded services. Active Living is also open to staff, faculty, alumni, and the general public. Members can access the Fitness Centre, Track, Gold Fitness Alcove, Aquatics Centre, Racquet Centre, Climbing and Bouldering Walls (Outdoor Centre), Gymnasiums, Olympic Oval, and other facilities.

Active Living is committed to excite, educate, and empower students with the tools necessary to develop healthy coping mechanisms and improve their overall physical, social, and mental well-being during their university careers.

Students can also purchase a family membership at special rates.
