Talent for Tomorrow: UCalgary’s People Plan

I am pleased to share Talent for Tomorrow, UCalgary’s first institution-wide People Plan. Led by People and Culture and shaped through engagement with faculties and units across the university, the plan sets a clear direction for how we support, develop, and engage our people. It aligns with Ahead of Tomorrow and reflects our commitment to creating a positive, empowering and future-focused employee experience.

Talent for Tomorrow is practical and actionable. It provides a framework to guide decisions and initiatives that strengthen the workplace, help employees do their best work, and ensure UCalgary continues to thrive in a changing and competitive environment. The plan is designed not only to respond to today’s challenges but to prepare us for the opportunities of tomorrow, ensuring our university, and our people, can continue to grow, adapt, and succeed.
