NOTE: if you select to run it as FORMAT, the Rptsched directory will have a file with the 4 letter report code.am for the margines etc eg:

$ more cxch.am
-t 0 -b 0 -l 66 -w 80 -s WEBCAT

So if you have scheduled a report to run as formatted and then change your mind and want it to run unformatted, you have to get rid of this .am file or start the report from scratch!

outline by field 1-16:

field 1:

-4 letter code which relates to the reports .set file and .selans file

field 2:

-reports original title

field 3:

-the name the scheduler gave the report at time of scheduling it

field 4:

-code and sometimes a number following it

-m for monthly with # for day of month

-d for daily (no number follows)

-n for NEVER (no number follows)

-p for periodically with # following for number of days it rests before re-running

-o for future (no number follows)

-w for weekly with 2,4 etc. for day of the week where 2 is Mon. 4-Wed. Etc.

field 5:

-next run date and time

field 6:

-last run date and time 000000000000 if NEVER or just beginning

-late run date and time even if SUSPENDED...see field 8 if suspended

field 7:

-LOGIN of scheduler

field 8:

-date suspended

field 9-11: currently all blank maybe palce holders for auto print/direct email options? Field 11 for WHO to email report to.

Fields 12-16 respond to the following questions when you are scheduling a report to run with the report module configured with YES to NOTICE EMAIL only. Some of these questions only come up for notice style reports.

-desired output (default is BOTH-98.5)

-auto email (default is NO)

-format (default is YES)

-return address (default is blank)

-add to finished report list (default is YES)

field 12:

0 for no automatic emailing (default)

1 for email

Blank has shown up and still allows emailing of the log/results or both

field 13:

0 YES -for add to finished report list (default)

1 for NO--do NOT add to finished report list

field 14:

3 for both (default)

2 for output result only

1 for output log only

field 15:

area for the return address to use (default blank)

field 16:

-remained at a 0 default no matter

field 17:

-remained BLANK not sure what this is for yet

field 18:

ENGLISH  (If this is NOT here, and you want the report emailed out, it will run but NOT email out!! This began with upgrade in 2013?)
