Successful serial entrepreneur and investor, today Leighton is the CEO of Manifest Labs, home of machine-learning-powered workforce-enablement platform KnowHow. A Colombian-Canadian, after moving to Canada, Leighton spent his formative years in farm-town Saskatchewan prior to moving to Calgary to start his entrepreneurial career at the age of 18. A UCalgary alumni, Leighton has built and led seven ventures from startup to market.
A certified executive coach, Leighton has personally mentored over 300 entrepreneurs through the highs and lows of their first business ventures. Leighton lives in Calgary with the love of his life, his wife Stephenie of ten years, and their son John Henry.
