Civil Engineering Graduate Society General Election 2022-23
Dear Civil Grad Students,
We are happy to announce that Civil Engineering Graduate Society (CEGS) will be holding a General Election to fill the following Executive positions for 2022-23.
- President
- Vice President Finance
- Vice President Communications
- Vice President Media
- Vice President Events
- Vice President Student Relations
An Electoral Committee led by Vaidehi Pitre as the Chief Returning Officer (CRO) has been appointed and the committee now is accepting the nominations.
Any full-time graduate students in the Department of Civil Engineering (as defined by 1.1.3 of CEGS bylaws) may run for one position and are requested to send their nomination via email to cegs.elections@gmail.com stating the position they wish to be nominated for and a short 50 – 100 words on their intentions and qualifications for the position.
The nomination period will be open until Wednesday, May 4th, 2022, 11:59 pm. Nominations sent after the deadline (May 4th, 11:59 pm) will not be considered for election.
