Event Centre
A unique, modern and flexible space in downtown Calgary, the Event Centre is an ideal spot to host any event. This 5,000 square feet event centre is capable of being configured as 1, 2, or 3 rooms, accommodating anywhere from 20 - 300 delegates, and allows us to hold simultaneous events, each with their own separate access and function space. The built-in screens, projectors, and sound system is what sets this space apart. From meetings and conferences to galas, black-tie affairs and Stampede ho-downs, the Event Centre is the perfect venue for your occasion.
Atrium
The Atrium is a pre-function space available to rent on its own or with the Event Centre. This space is ideal for guest registration, reception-style events, smaller gatherings, or catering and bar service. The Atrium space is a bright, airy and modern space sure to add the wow-factor to any event.
Room 234 (Multi-Function Room)
This large, bright multi-function meeting/event space is located on the 2nd floor of the Downtown Campus and boasts plenty of natural lighting. This beautiful space comes fully equipped with two built-in projectors & screens, whiteboards, facilitators station with a PC desktop computer, laptop hookup, multimedia station and is perfect for receptions, presentations, special meetings/events and so much more!
Computer Lab
A fully-furnished computer lab is available for groups up to 30. The lab is ideal for training, courses and workshops. It includes desktop dual-core PC computers, hard-wired internet connection, a facilitators station with laptop and multimedia hookups, and dual screens and projectors.
Classrooms
Classrooms in 30, 40 and 60-person capacities are available for rental at the Downtown Campus. Each classroom comes fully equipped with built-in screen, projector, whiteboard, wifi internet access and a facilitators station with a PC desktop computer, laptop hookup and multimedia station. These rooms are perfect for workshops, courses and meetings and can be set up in various configurations including classroom, pods of 4, u-shape, boardroom and theatre style seating - whichever is ideal for your event.
Boardrooms
Boardrooms are perfect for small boardroom style meetings of 4-10 people. These boardrooms are in bright, quiet rooms with comfortable seating, wall mounted TV monitors and a large work table. Portable whiteboards, wireless internet, and conference calling options are also available.
Breakout Rooms
Meeting Rooms are perfect for small meetings, conference calls or study space, the campus boasts dozens of 4-10 person capacity meeting spaces in bright, quiet rooms. Comfortable seating and large work table are setup upon your arrival. Wall-mounted whiteboards, wireless internet and conference calling options are also available.
