Join us for the UCalgaryTogether event series — a platform for you to connect with others, find community and support and socialize.
UCalgary staff and volunteers have put together a slew of events to help you stay connected during this time of social distancing. All events are hosted by volunteers from the COVID-19 Volunteer Support initiative.

Take a break or unwind from the day with a 30-minute group stretch and deep breathing exercises offered throughout the week.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in. A yoga mat is recommended, but not required.

Bollywood Dance Together
Got an itch to groove and move? Join us as we learn to dance, Bollywood style! Master the signature steps to popular peppy tunes, while getting some cardio in, and learning about the history behind the moves. Please bring a smile and be prepared to let loose and have a ton of fun. Previous experience is not required.
