Student support during COVID-19
Do you need help with your academics – such as with writing, online learning, or deciding what program to take? The Student Success Centre can help. You can make an appointment by phone or email, talk to someone immediately using their virtual front desk – or even ask grammar and citation questions online.

There are many remote services available to support you as a UCalgary student during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Enrolment Services has a virtual service desk that you can connect to through Zoom. They are also offering remote advising through Q-less, either through the app or website. International student support
International Student Services is offering advising through Zoom and email. If you are an international students requiring assistance, email email@example.com from your UCalgary email account, and an ISS advisor will respond. You can also visit the ISS FAQs here.
Indigenous student support
Book a phone or Zoom appointment with Career Services through CareerLink. You can use eReviews for resume reviews over email, view Career Clips any time and access online resources on career development, job search and degree profiles.
Faith and Spirituality Centre
The Faith and Spirituality Centre (FSC) is posting tips and resources daily on their Instagram and Facebook pages. If you’re signed up for their weekly newsletter, you will continue to receive that. The FSC is also hosting weekly sessions on Zoom. Please visit their website to view what is available online.
Chaplains are also available for one-on-one support through zoom or phone, please visit FSC's contact page to connect with a chaplain directly.

Co-curricular Involvement Advising appointments are available through Zoom, video or phone call. You can book an appointment with an advisor on the Involvement Portal. You can still maintain your Co-Curricular Record and schedule Involvement Advising appointments by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can access the UCalgary Gallup Portal. Complete your CliftonStrengths Inventory or, if you already have, check-out your results, action planning guides and unique Strengths information.

Sexual Violence Support Advocate
The university’s Student Ombuds is available for phone meetings. You can schedule an appointment online at ucalgary.ca/ombuds. You can also leave a message at 403.220.6420 or email email@example.com.
New student registration assistance (NSRA)
If you’re an in-coming student who need help with course registration, you can connect with the NSRA team to learn how to build a schedule, navigate the registration system, and connect with other campus resources. Visit the NSRA website to book an online appointment and email your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Libraries and cultural resources
Our libraries are currently closed, but you can access one-on-one support and many library resources remotely. A chat feature allows you to consult with a librarian. All electronic resources are available 24/7. View the library’s COVID-19 update webpage.
