Furnishings Request Form
Accommodations and Events Department makes no guarantees regarding the availability of equipment, and such items are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. For any requests that exceed the Accommodations and Events Department's operating capacity, the faculty/department making the request shall be responsible for any associated costs. The Accommodations and Events Department is not liable for any fees, damages or other costs associated with events.
Please ensure that all equipment is stored inside when not in use, and that it is not left outside while unattended. Any damages or thefts that occur shall be the sole responsibility of the department making the request.

Important note: Please make your furnishing requests a minimum of five (5) business days in advance; requests not compliant with this guideline may be declined due to scheduling conflicts.
