Hopscotch your way to health!

Studies have shown that less than 10 per cent of children between the ages of five and 17 meet the recommended 60 daily minutes of moderate to vigorous activity levels — the minimum amount needed to experience health benefits.

The Gift of Play program by UCalgary’s Faculty of Kinesiology is bringing back classic schoolyard games to introduce a lifelong love for movement. Bring the whole family and be reinspired by your favourite childhood pastimes.

Registration is not required. Just show up when you’re ready to play!
