You’re here to nominate a deserving colleague, classmate or friend for a UCalgary Alumni Achievement Award. All nominations must be submitted by May 10, 2017.
The Alumni Achievement Award recognizes alumni for leadership, innovation and excellence in professional, community and/or personal endeavours. They instill pride in their alma mater and their accomplishments serve as an example to the UCalgary community. Up to five Alumni Achievement Awards are given out every year.
Before you get started, here is a quick summary of the Alumni Achievement Award nomination process:
Step 1: Using the form below, start by providing details about the UCalgary grad you’re nominating for an Alumni Achievement Award.
Step 2: You will need to briefly answer the following two questions (500 words maximum per response):
Step 3: Collect and submit two letters of reference from individuals who can add their unique perspective on why the nominee is deserving of recognition.
Step 4 (optional): Gather and submit any other additional materials. This should consist of a maximum of five letter-sized pages, with articles about the nominee being presented as links and not full documents.
Step 5: Finish your nomination by providing your contact information.
