Learn-to-Lift Small Group Training: Learn lifting technique, proper form, injury prevention, and more in just 3 small-group style personal training sessions! With a limited number of people in class, our certified personal trainer will guide you through the basics of lifting focusing on technique, safety, and having fun while lifting! Expect instruction on the core lifts: squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press, overhead press and rows. Whether you’re looking to increase your lifting know-how, boost your confidence in the gym, or perfect your lifting technique this class will help you get there!
