Packed into just fifty minutes, this full body, high intensity interval training (HIIT) style class will have you sweating from head to toe! Join Marta for a virtual workout that will strengthen your core, upper body, lower body, and everything in between! Expect a creative blend of bodyweight movements, as well as some use of props, 1-2 weights and a yoga mat are recommended.
