Movement and Technique Builder (Indoor Step 2)

Are you looking to improve as a climber? Increasing your strength and fitness isn't enough—you'll need to learn good climbing movement technique as well. In this 2-hour lesson, our coaches will show you ways to position your body so you can climb with minimum effort. These skills are vital to climbing well and progressing through the grades, for boulderers and roped climbers alike. Prerequisite: belay skills. Includes: instructor and climbing equipment (except shoes).
