NEW Cross-Country Ski Sunrise Fitness

Start your morning right with a cross-country fitness session that will help you to stay motivated to reach your fitness goals. One of our coaches will design a great workout on skis for you that will focus on strength and conditioning. We'll work out on trails within the city, 8-9 am once a week for 2 months. Prerequisite: must know how to ski. This is not a ski or technique lesson.
