SUP Fitness

Join us for a fun new way to stay fit this Summer; outside on a stand up paddle board! Get coached in a 4-week fitness program designed to get you motivated and give you a great core workout. We'll meet at a local flatwater location for an evening once a week, and work on strength, balance and endurance while introducing the basics of stand up paddle boarding. Prerequisite: none. Includes: instructor, all SUP gear.
