Electronics for Young Inventors Level 1

This two-week, 60-hour summer camp teaches students about electricity, computer programming, and interaction design. Students will discover the science behind everyday electronics, and how energy can be harnessed to process information, control machines and communicate with the outside world.

This is a lab-based, hands-on camp where students will learn to understand and safely create fun and creative projects by using an Arduino microcontroller, the C programming language and electronic components.

This camp will show students how to build circuits, write computer programs, and craft interfaces to produce amusing, helpful, or just plain crazy inventions! No previous experience with electronics or computer programming is necessary. Materials are covered in the course fees.

Restricted to students age 13-16.
