A. Intro to Lake Stand Up Paddleboarding

This 2.5-hour course will give you the skills needed to enjoy a day of flatwater outside on a stand up paddleboard. We'll teach you proper paddling form and how to balance and maneuver the board. You'll learn about equipment, paddling safety and the best locations to get out this summer. Prerequisite: none. Includes: instructor, all SUP gear.
