Make your backcountry trips more exciting by creating tasty meals. In these 2-hour evening lessons, you'll learn tips and tricks from our canoe tripping guide Angela Harder. Ang has been cooking and planning backcountry menus for the past 20 years! Part A covers the basics. Part B is all about dehydrating. Part C is focused on baking with stoves and Dutch ovens. You'll get hands-on experience and we'll finish it off with a group-prepared feast. Take one or all. Prerequisite: none. Includes: instructor, backcountry stoves, group cooking gear.
