Hiking - Easy Does it (Fitness)

Change your lifestyle over 8 weeks with this series that combines outdoor fun with indoor fitness training. This series is ideal for those new to hiking and who have been fairly inactive. At the end of the program, you can expect to be able to complete a level 3 hike. Includes weekly training sessions led by a certified trainer, 3 evening workshops on a fitness or hiking topic and a day hike in the mountains each weekend, progressing in distance and elevation each week. Prerequisite: none. Includes: guide, fitness trainer, 3 evening workshops, 8 x 1-hour evening training session, 8 x full-day weekend hike.

The Hiking Fitness Builder

Ramp up your fitness and commit to a series that will get you out hiking every weekend. It is designed for people who are currently active, but want to prepare for big summer goals. At the end of the program, you can expect to complete level 5 hikes and more. Includes weekly training sessions led by a certified trainer, 3 workshops on a fitness or hiking topic and a day hike in the mountains each weekend, progressing in distance and elevation each week. Prerequisite: moderate physical condition (ability to comfortably complete a level 3 hike). Includes: guide, fitness trainer, 3 evening workshops, 8 x 1-hour evening training session, 8 x full-day weekend hike.
