SUP Fitness

This is a smart, fun fitness program designed to give you a great core workout. We'll meet in the pool (winter) or on a local pond (summer) for an hour in the evening, and work on strength, balance, endurance and injury prevention. You can choose to take individual sessions or register for the whole series. Prerequisite: none. Includes: instructor, all equipment.

Intro to Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Learn or improve the skills and strokes needed to comfortably and efficiently manoeuvre a stand up paddle board on flat water. Instruction includes introduction to equipment, balance, appropriate locations as well as strokes and skills. We will discuss stability and group safety.

Intro to River Stand Up Padddle Boarding

Build on your flatwater skills with this fun moving water SUP course. Learn eddy turns and forward ferries at Bowness Park. You'll be introduced to the skills you need to safely navigate the easy-moving waters of the Bow River. 

SUPing with the Stars

Experience SUP under the stars with our boards that are lit up to illuminate the water. Learn the basics of SUP with this unique evening of star gazing and relaxing on the water at night. This will be a night to remember, especially on the fall equinox!
