Strength, flexibility, skill development, coordination skills along with mental preparedness all will contribute to the confidence needed to become a well-rounded athlete. During this time, training will be the focus as no routines or competitions are planned.

Gym Jam is a non-competitive, recreational fun meet that gives gymnasts an opportunity to show off the skills that they have been working on. Gymnasts registered in the Recreational program for the current Fall session in Cochrane or the Main campus (if invited by their coach) and who are ages 6-17, are eligible to participate. Both disciplines of gymnastics offered at the Cochrane location, will be included in Gym Jam. We ask that participants register based on the program that they are currently registered in.
