Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR-HCP courses offer lifesaving first aid skills. This course also covers cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children, and babies, as well as the use of an AED, all tailored to application in a medical environment. This course offers skills for individuals working in the medical field, in addition to providing first aid skills so that they can respond to emergencies at home.
The CPR-HCP certification is designed for Health Care Providers, such as physicians, nurses, and paramedics.
This course offers certification in both CPR-HCP and Standard First Aid. If you are looking for only a CPR-HCP certification, you can find our course offerings at https://www.ucalgary.ca/ActiveLiving/registration/Program/CPRHCP?path=All_First-Aid-and-CPR
. If you are looking for both a CPR and a Standard First Aid certification, but do not work in health care, you can find our Standard First Aid with CPR-C courses at https://www.ucalgary.ca/ActiveLiving/registration/Program/SFACPRC?path=All_First-Aid-and-CPR
