Home School Gymnastics Grade 1/2 Calgary

This structured 50 minute gymnastics program is for children who are homeschooled and in Grades 1 and 2 during the duration of this program.

No previous gymnastics experience necessary.

Home School Gymnastics Grade 3/4 Calgary

This structured 50 minute gymnastics program is for children who are homeschooled and in Grades 3 and 4 during the duration of this program.

No previous gymnastics experience necessary.

Home School Gymnastics Grade 5/6 Calgary

This structured 50 minute gymnastics program is for children who are homeschooled and in Grades 5 and 6 during the duration of this program.

No previous gymnastics experience necessary.

Homeschool Swimming Level 1 & 2

This weekday class offers an introduction to swimming for homeschool children. They will learn floats and glides and increase their comfort in water.

Homeschool Swimming Level 3 & 4

This weekday class gives homeschool children a chance to increase their swimming abilities. Swimmers begin to learn front crawl and diving. Distance swim will progress towards 25 meters.

Homeschool Swimming Level 5 & 6

During this twice a week class swimmers will begin to perfect their front crawl. Back crawl and breast stroke will also be introduced. Distance swims will increase to 50-75 meters.

Homeschool Swimming Level 7 & 8

In this class, homeschool children will increase their endurance and skills in a variety of strokes. Water safety skills will include hypothermia and airway obstructions. Distance swims will be between 150 and 300 meters.

Homeschool Swimming Level 9 & 10

Homeschool students will refine, front crawl, back crawl, breast stroke and elementary back stroke. Side stroke will also be introduced. Distance swims will be 500 meteres. Water safety skills will include ice safety and self-rescues.

Homeschool Teen Swim Workout

This class will provide the platform for homeschool students to bring their swimming to the next level. Swimmers will improve their techniques and endurance through drills and workouts. Students will learn how to plan and execute a swim workout.
